Holland House B.V. is the world’s leading supplier of open distributed printing software. Based in Brakel, the Netherlands , the company markets its products through a worldwide distributor network. Its leadership position has allowed it to develop printing software which has evolved to take advantage of new platforms and operating environments.

Product

Its flagship product, UNISPOOL® , is a feature-rich print file management package which offers a highly flexible open print management solution, available on most major proprietary and UNIX platforms including HP, IBM RS/6000 series, DEC/VAX and Siemens RM Series.
The kind of functionality delivered as standard within the IBM mainframe world, covered to a certain degree on mid-range propietary systems and entirely lacking in the UNIX environment is provided by UNISPOOL®. In addition, UNISPOOL® provides for the intergration of many of these environments, as well as the whole area of PCs and local area networks.
UNISPOOL® is designed for both high volume local spooling operations and multi-system / multi-vendor networks . It is designed to maximise the print capacity of an organisation by automating daily print management and operations.
UNISPOOL® automatically archives spool files, allowing them to be viewed and printed as required. It will print directly to printers connected to LANs or printers attached via print servers or PCs. UNISPOOL®'s modular design offers a flexible migration path enabling customers to only pay for the functionality they require.
